1. Shipping Partner
- We ship exclusively through India Post, in full compliance with Indian laws.
- Once your order is handed over to India Post from our office in India, our responsibility ends after we provide you with the tracking number/ID.
2. Dispatch Timelines
All orders are dispatched after the completion of the associated ritual:
- Domestic (within India): 1–2 weeks
- International: 2–4 weeks
These timelines may vary slightly depending on ritual schedules and postal processing.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
- Any changes in government policies, excise duties, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance. We are not liable for any delays, additional fees, or issues arising during customs inspection.
4. Loss, Damage & Tracking
- AstroBhava is not responsible for loss, non-delivery, damage, or theft of packages once they are handed over to the postal service.
- We do not control postal services in any country.
- Note: In some countries, India Post does not provide live tracking. In such cases, we cannot offer real-time updates.
