Cancellation & Refund policy
All sales made on the website are final (Payment gateway payments through our website, payment links shared through email, messenger apps, other UPI codes, payment wallets). Cancellation of orders is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
If you need to return a purchased product, the customer should send back in its original form without any damage at their own cost. Under no circumstances, refund will be made for a damaged product. For more details contact the customer support number or e-mail at us [email protected].
For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Rescheduling Homa/ Pooja
In case of any reschedule request for the Homa/Pooja, the customer has to inform the customer support team requesting the reschedule at least before 48 hours before the scheduled time for us to stop the preparations. This helps us to make necessary arrangements can be made for rescheduling the Homa/Pooja. Proceeding updates on the date and time of the rescheduled Homa will be communicated through email or by the call to the customer.
Nadi Astrology Cancellation Policy
Time plays a critical role of the Nadi seeker. There are times that even a person unable to find his/her after reading 6-8 bundles. If your leaf is not found, you could allow us a maximum of 3-4 weeks of time to arrange more reading for you at the same cost paid. We will be able to locate bundles in the central library and be transported to our place at the earliest. If we are still unable to find your leaf, we refund the amount paid in total.
Nadi Astrology Refund Policy
In case the Nadi seeker happens to cancel the proceedings due to personal reasons without finding the Basic leaf, the total amount paid will not be refunded. The seeker can approach us within 30 days of the amount paid to continue the process. If the time exits 30 days from the initial process, the seeker has to make the payment again to proceed with the process.
